A Lifelong Connection to Music
Music has been part of Giulia’s life since childhood. She was born into a musical family: her father is a professional pianist and conductor, leading a symphony orchestra and two gospel choirs, so instruments, rehearsals and live concerts were simply part of growing up.
As a child she tried her hand at piano and violin, curious about every corner of music before she found the one that would define her.
Everything changed the day she heard a solo cello for the first time — she felt it in her whole body before she understood why.
She picked up the cello at six years old and never really put it down. That early passion turned into a career that carried her from a childhood in Italy to concert halls, weddings and stages on nearly every continent.
Over more than ten years of performing professionally, Giulia has shaped a style that blends serious classical training with the energy of a live entertainer. She studied privately at the Conservatory of Novara, and today moves comfortably between acoustic and electric cello, often within the same evening.
Her work has taken her to international concerts, destination weddings, government functions, corporate events and private celebrations across the world — proof that a childhood dream of travelling through music eventually just became her life.
Artistic Background — Classical Ballet
Giulia grew up immersed in the performing arts. Her parents founded and ran a renowned academy dedicated to music and dance, creating an environment where artistic expression was part of everyday life.
Alongside her musical education, she studied classical ballet for ten years, developing a strong sense of discipline, elegance, musicality and stage presence.
This background in dance continues to shape the way she performs today — bringing movement, expression and visual elegance to her identity as an international cellist and performer.
Selected International Performances & Career Highlights
HAUSER — International Tour & Collaborations
Performed at the Sofia Arena as Head of Strings for internationally renowned cellist HAUSER, selecting and leading an 8-member female string ensemble for the live concert production. Beyond that tour, she has worked with HAUSER on several other collaborations.
KYGO — Coca-Cola Arena
Performed live at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai for the concert of internationally acclaimed DJ and producer Kygo.
Dubai Opera & Coca-Cola Arena
A regular orchestra performer at two of Dubai’s major stages, having appeared at both Dubai Opera and Coca-Cola Arena many times over the years.
EXPO 2020 Dubai
Performed with a full orchestra as part of the EXPO 2020 Dubai programme, one of the most visited world expos in recent history.
